Koch Ag and Energy Solution's (KAES) is seeking a Digital Workforce Analyst to join our CFO Team. This position will require a driven individual that is passionate about using technology that can be an influential problem solver, focused on advancing Koch Ag and Energy Solutions' ability to leverage people, processes and systems to transform.


This role will be focused on improving KAES’ ability to effectively deliver transformative solutions to meet our ever-changing business footprint by driving flexible best in class knowledge systems and business transaction processes. This will require strong knowledge of ERP/Trading environments, reporting and analytics, as well as the overall business intelligence environment. Prospective candidates will need the knowledge & skills to optimize business process & knowledge systems across different capability boundaries (Accounting, Logistics, Operations & Commercial) and improve process flexibility to enable differing types of business transactions to be managed quickly and efficiently. This role will be an integral part of the business teams and will support KAES Fertilizer, Koch Agronomic Services, Methanol and Energy Services platforms.

 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Defining and challenging the user community on the business requirements
  • Engagement in problem solving and developing innovative solutions
  • Prototyping solutions to meet customer needs
  • Sense of urgency
  • Playing a critical role in scoping, building and deploying innovative, efficient and scalable business process automations through the application of various technologies (i.e. OCR, RPA, Data analytics, Office365, etc.)
  • Use data to extract and convey meaning, while understanding business goals and constraints to solve a variety of problems
  • Driving change in processes to gain a competitive advantage
  • Proven capabilities of strong economic thinking, problem solving, accounting and analysis is needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), planning and organizational skills are needed


What You Will Need: (Basic Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience improving financial systems &/or processes
  • 2+ years’ reporting and analysis experience
  • 2+ years of usage experience in ERP or Trading systems; such as Infor, Oracle, SAP, CXL, Endur or Right Angle
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word – document creation, formatting and editing etc., Access/Power BI/Excel – spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis, formula creation, and queries)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, MIS or a related field


What Will Put You Ahead: (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data mining/blending such as Alteryx, Qlik, Business Objects, SAP BI, OLAP, Essbase & Hyperion
  • Corporate Accounting experience
  • Corporate financial reporting experience
  • Graduate degree/MBA in finance or related field
