Seeking an Application Systems Analyst to be a part of information technology team designing, configuring, and implementing the talent management components of our HCM platform technologies and processes globally, then maintaining support for the systems once implemented. This individual, with a team, is responsible for the design, integrations, user interface configuration and experience, and implementation of the talent management systems. A solid understanding of talent management applications and support is critical for this role, specifically Infor TA, Talemetry, BrassRing, Taleo, iCIMS and/or Ceridian Dayforce. The analyst displays collaboration, problem solving, and technical skills. This individual provides support and is hands-on, responds to end user requests for new features, security configuration, and complex reports. They will also partner with vendors to resolve escalated technical support incidents, problem investigation, and implement new releases. 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Design, configure, and implement the talent management components of our HCM platform technologies and processes globally
  • Utilizes expert knowledge of talent management systems and business processes to provide internal customers with support as well as suggestions on how to best utilize the systems to meet business needs
  • Retain knowledge and apply critical thinking to understand and escalate potential compliance concerns
  • Researches, identifies, and resolves escalated end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partners with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure application changes are successfully tested and moved into the production environment using an identified SDLC process Update system documentation and knowledge documents in a timely manner
  • Coordination with vendors for upgrades and technical support
  • Collaboration and communication on tasks/issues with customers, business systems analysts, and developers
  • Seek to identify opportunities to optimize applications

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting business applications
  • Application configuration experience
  • Experience implementing software or hardware upgrades
  • Degree in MIS, CIS, CS or HR obtained or in progress or equivalent experience as an Application Systems Analyst
  • Working knowledge of technical skills such as SQL, HTML, Java, SOAP, XML or API programming
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle (i.e., requirements analysis, design, constructions, testing and deployment)

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Objective, non-comparative ideal skills
  • 2+ years related experience with, and advanced knowledge, of Infor HCM platforms and systems, preferably Infor CloudSuite HCM
  • Experience with IT general controls, GDPR, data privacy or related audits
  • Experience with cloud application integrations and knowledge of integration platforms such as Mulesoft
  • Experience writing and/or executing test plans
  • Experience supporting end-user reporting
  • Experience working with Human Resources systems and processes
  • Experience with, and advanced knowledge, of Infor TA, Talemetry, BrassRing, Taleo, and/or Ceridian Dayforc
