EFT Analytics, Inc. is looking for an Advanced Analytics Process Engineer to join our team in Wichita, KS! You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing technology start-up within a large and stable company. The Advanced Analytics Process Engineer will be leveraging EFT’s cutting-edge Advanced Analytics platform while working with industrial clients across a broad set of companies towards problem/optimization solving. The Advanced Analytics Process Engineer will serve as the voice of the customer while working with Subject Matter Experts.

 

The successful candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction and have a demonstrated ability to achieve extraordinary results as part of a high energy and dynamic team. They will be able to transform customer's problems statements into actionable use case definitions with supporting business value descriptions. They must be able to build trust and credibility with the customers through superior follow-through and delivering what is expected.

 

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills are required.

 
 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Deliver results leveraging EFT Advanced Analytics in combination with customer interviews and data analysis
  • Effectively engage with customers to identify opportunities, define alternatives, and deliver results to the customer
  • Collect and provide product feedback to the technical development team 
  • Key delivery expert on customer engagements
 
What You Will Need:


Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or process control environments
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing process controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical engineering degree or related field from an accredited institution or High School Diploma with 8+ cumulative years of relevant work experience 
 

What Will Put You Ahead?


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to transform customer’s problem statements into actionable use case definitions with supporting business value descriptions
  • Exposure to Machine Learning algorithms and knowledge of advanced analytics approaches (educational/professional)
  • Experience using scripting languages (e.g. R, Python, etc.) for data preparation and analysis
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data management and transformation techniques, approaches, and challenges
  • Experience with statistical package (R/Python/Spark/SAS/JMP/Matlab/SPSS/Bayesian Statistics)
 
 Additional Information:
  • Able to travel for work up to 20% of the time by plane, car, etc.
