Koch Ag and Energy Solutions, LLC (KAES) is seeking an energetic Accounts Payable Leader to join our CFO team.  This role will responsible leading and developing a team that is working towards a Vision of 99% touchless transactions.  The person selected for this position will help us improve the employee experience and create fun and collaborative atmosphere. They will transform the capability and support key business initiatives.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring team through transformation of processes.

  • Business process execution and ensure processes are running smoothly.

  • Partner with various capabilities to support key transformation initiatives

  • Proactive resource planning and development of employees with a path to transformation

  • Develop understanding of the technologies currently leveraged by the teams and develop long term plan for transformation. 

  • Develop and evolve meaningful and simple KPI dashboards with Tableau or other tools.

  • Ensure compliance with Koch Industries, Inc. minimum internal control standards

  • Understand and mitigate risks
  • Balance sheet reconciliation stewardship

What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications):


  • 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with an ERP system such as EBS, SAP or similar tool.



What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications):


  • Experience with 1 or more of the following tools:
    • CMMS {Maximo}
    • TMS {OTM today}
    • Inspyrus or similar tool
    • RPA's {Automation Anywhere} & OCR {Abbyy} or similar technologies
    • Experience with Microsoft office products such as Access, Power BI, and Teams.
    • Master’s degree in accounting or finance
