Georgia-Pacific is seeking a motivated and analytical professional for a Bilingual Business Support Associate position in the GPXpress department, located in Green Bay, WI. This position creates value by providing superior service to internal and external customers to help increase productivity and sales success.


The GPXpress® staff consists of four teams of helpful specialists ready to assist with various sales functions. By working together, our GPXpress® teams provide online, live and mobile solutions to on-the-go sales professionals. To learn more about our GPXpress® in Green Bay, WI, please go to


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Supporting assigned sales districts and International team to create efficient processes which lead to sales growth and achieve sales plan
  • Collaborating with departmental Sales Professionals to help manage and strategize product sales using the customer management tool (salesforce®.com)
  • Selling of products and services during customer initiated interaction
  • Improving, maintaining, and communicating system, product and process knowledge with internal field sales, distribution, and customers
  • Acting as a key contact in the department for Spanish speaking customers
  • Analyzing business needs: developing requirements, recommending for procedures to implement system solutions with ongoing maintenance of metrics, reporting and dashboards that drive key business decisions
  • Acting as technical support of GP’s electronic and manual dispensing systems to ensure positive customer experience with equipment


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speak, read & write)
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with an anticipated graduation date within one (1) year
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Willing and able to travel up to 15%


What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Two (2) years or more of Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Business to Business, or Technical or Sales Support experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (salesforce®.com, SAP)
  • Experience analyzing data and producing reports
  • Desire to advance and/or ability to relocate for additional advancement opportunities
