A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the KCTG business development team and respective KCTG businesses to originate, screen, and underwrite compelling acquisition, investment, or organic growth opportunities.  Growth opportunities include bolt-on opportunities that fit existing KCTG businesses as well as step-out investments.
  • Perform industry research and competitive analysis supporting potential investments.
  • Build financial models associated with potential acquisition or investment opportunities.
  • Project manage diligence efforts associated with potential acquisitions or investments.
  • Develop rapport with key investment banking, private equity, and venture capital relationships.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.  This includes working with colleagues across KCTG and the respective Koch companies.
  • Attend global conferences and industry events as appropriate to aid in understanding of relevant market dynamics.  Network with industry leaders, experts and emerging technology companies to gather and provide feedback on market trends and dynamics.


What You Will Need: 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering 
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and/or acquisitions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
