We are seeking a National Accounts Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who will ensure that our customers’ expectations are met.  This individual will leverage data to identify opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination. 



A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Consolidate pricing assumptions from traders and business owners to effectively execute monthly pricing, facility commodity purchases and other essential month-end close activities
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize time and potential for higher value contributions
  • Monitor key supply chain metrics and identify opportunities for improving material movement from customer stores recycling facilities or mills to ensure customers’ requirements are met
  • Work with team on special projects to conduct economic alternatives analyses in support of strategic opportunities and portfolio optimization
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, to stay ahead of changing customer needs
  • Develop key relationships across business functions to seek best knowledge, collaborate, develop, and implement service, revenue and cost solutions


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in customer service or account management role working in logistics, scheduling, and/or inventor
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (create/modify spreadsheets using formulas, manipulate data, perform data analysis) and Word (create/modify documents)

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or another business field
  • Experience in commodity-based businesses with volatile pricing
  • Knowledge of FiberOps ERP system
  • Knowledge of Commodity Tracking System (CTS) partner data upload portal
  • Experience working in businesses where inventory management is an essential function
  • Experienced interacting directly with national-scale account
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Skype for Business
