Do you like the idea of being part of a rapidly growing capability within Koch Business Solutions?  We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead who has experience with enabling adoption of technology and other solutions for large scale projects and programs. Our Organizational Change Management team focuses on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.  

You will play a key role in minimizing disruption and increasing employee adoption and usage.  This role will help create and implement change management strategies and plans, coach business leaders, enable others to drive change activities, and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. 


This position is flexible on location, however, requires frequent travel to Wichita, KS, Atlanta, GA, and Chicago, IL. 


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and lead organizational change management strategies and plans in support of Koch’s modernization initiatives
  • Drive profitable change through end user adoption of common business practices and processes
  • Identify leadership and user alignment gaps, potentials risks and issues, and effectively prepare the organization to mitigate risks
  • Analyze stakeholders and impacts, utilizing this information to create strategies to enable the businesses to drive user adoption
  • Design and develop communication plans/deliverables, ensuring messaging and execution are consistent with organization’s vision and principles
  • Build and leverage change networks throughout the enterprise

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience leading change strategies for large-scale projects to enable global adoption of solutions OR a minimum of 12 years organizational change management experience
  • Experience applying change management frameworks to a variety of types of projects, flexing frameworks and tools per project needs
  • Experience leading full life-cycle change activities, including vision setting, stakeholder analysis, impact identification, communication strategies, education plans and measurement of adoption
  • Experience coaching project team members and leadership to guide them through the change management process
  • Experience prioritizing activities across multiple projects running simultaneously to ensure greatest value creation
  • Travel up to 50%
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years’ experience leading change management activities for large, complex programs
  • Experience coaching and guiding leaders through change for multi-site, global programs  in a flexible environment
  • Master’s degree in organizational development, industrial psychology, psychology, business management, or human resources preferred
