Georgia-Pacific Consumer Business aims to further strengthen the Media & Marketing Technology team based in Atlanta, GA through the addition of top talent that will advance our brands’ efforts in the Programmatic Marketing space.

 

The Consumer Products Business within Georgia-Pacific focuses on building iconic American brands with consumers and retail customers. Our brands include Dixie®, Vanity Fair®, Brawny®, Sparkle®, Angel Soft® and Quilted Northern®.

 

We are seeking a Programmatic Trader to assist our Retail Media Programmatic efforts. Media is an essential part of our integrated marketing approach and our Brand Building capability, which reports into the Chief Marketing Officer.


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


Responsibilities: The Programmatic Trader will be primarily responsible for initial campaign setup along with optimizing Programmatic and Retail Media activity. This role will be responsible for aiding in the development and implementation of programmatic campaigns, real-time optimization within various DSPs, and enhancing relationships cross-functionally both internally to Georgia-Pacific as well as externally with our trusted retail partners.

 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with brand and retail media teams to define programmatic strategy, establish campaign parameters, recommend audience targeting, and secure assets necessary for campaign launch
  • Setup brands' programmatic campaigns within retail buying platforms
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance to ensure campaigns are meeting expectations and KPIs
  • Oversee programmatic dashboards and campaign reports
  • Engage trusted 3rd party providers to establish Private Marketplace deals on behalf of Georgia-Pacific brands
  • Ensure key deadlines are met as it relates to campaign launches including pre-launch setup, reporting structure and timelines, and post campaign analysis
  • Work closely with Georgia-Pacific’s Brand Media, Retail Media and Shopper Marketing teams to manage and implement programmatic buys across platforms and retail-specific activations
  • Collaborating with other internal stakeholders from Brand Acceleration (Media, Email, CDDM, Social, ICX, etc.) to take advantage of synergies between opportunities
  • Collaboration with internal and agency Analytics teams to ensure appropriate extraction and application of insights


What You Will Need:


Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of Programmatic Marketing experience on agency- or brand-side
  • Hands-on experience within multiple demand-side platforms (Google’s DoubleClick Bid Manager preferred) and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience in end-to-end programmatic media planning and buying workflows
  • Strong comprehension of the programmatic media and paid social landscape
  • Experience in ad trafficking and general ad ops (DoubleClick Campaign Manager preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ad tags  
  • Objective, non-comparative ideal skills
  • CPG and/or Retail account experience
  • Experience working within Retail Media (Amazon DSP, Walmart Group, etc.) platforms
