We are currently searching for a Records and Information Governance Manager to provide high-level support to GP’s RIM program and its transformation efforts. The incumbent will report to and work closely with our Director of Information Governance (IG) and Chief Privacy Officer in GP’s Global Compliance Organization.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop RIM policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement RIM education and training programs
  • Facilitate one on one and group training
  • Work closely with internal and external customers in a consultative role
  • Assist in development of RIM and IG Program Strategy 
  • Prioritize and implement RIM and IG Program elements
  • Provide direction and coaching/development to others in RIM roles
  • Apply experience and concepts to practical issues 
  • Market and drive engagement on RIM and IG Program throughout the organization
  • Develop an understanding of business processes to support RIM needs
  • Measure program compliance and maturity
  • Manage relationship with third party business partners (i.e., invoicing, contracts, etc.)

What You Will Need:


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of Records Information Management/Information Governance experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Experience working in an agile environment, balancing multiple projects at once
  • Experience with development or revision of retention schedules and file plans
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%, as needed

What Will Put You Ahead?


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Records Information Management experience within a manufacturing setting
  • Experience implementing and utilizing ECM and RIM technology systems
  • CRM certification
  • IGP, IAPP or CISM Certification
