KBXL is looking for a Vendor Integration Analyst to cultivate the vendor relationship and innovate our ability to leverage real timed data to create value.  This includes design, testing, implementation, go-live and ongoing support.  This includes integrating vendors of all modes domestic and international to provide global visibility to our customers.  The role will contribute to leveraging our current data capabilities into our enterprise visibility vision.  This role will have the closest relationships with internal and external visibility customers and vendors including carriers and 3rd party software providers. 


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Maintaining an understanding of
    • Individual customer visibility expectations
    • KBXL’s integration standards
    • Technical capabilities and business processes
    • Vendor data and mapping within our system and databases
  • Managing the implementation of each vendor integration

    • Analyze the technical capabilities of the vendor and recommend the best connection method for implementation

    • Effectively communicate data requirements to the vendor
    • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of the integration

    • Complete business testing and successful data validation
    • Educate visibility customers on each integration and the expected outcome

  • Maintaining the technical operating relationship with each vendor

    • Monitor and track the success of the integration
    • Proactively follow up with vendors not meeting our expectations and establish a plan for improvement

    • Build relationships to ensure a successful partnership
    • Establish new connections as necessary
  • Supporting our visibility customers

    • Troubleshoot daily issues with each vendors’ connection and data output

    • Meet with vendors on behalf of the visibility customer to discuss connectivity and requirements

    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Establish a relationship built on trust with each customer

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination or business analysis
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 10% depending on start-ups

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Associates Degree (or equivalent) or higher and 2+ years’ experience in transportation/logistics OR High School diploma and 3+ years’ experience in transportation/logistics

  • A basic understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Application Program Interface (API)
